World expert, Professor Luke O’Neill, tells the Alex Salmond Show that the breakthroughs in vaccine and treatment technology will not only tackle Covid 19 but open up new hope of finally defeating other abiding, life-threatening diseases. Professor O’Neill warns however that the failure to vaccinate the developing world, is now the single greatest danger in the emergence of more new variants of coronavirus coming back to haunt humanity.
