Giving evidence to the Westminster Trade Bill Committee on 25th January 2018, Gordon MacIntyre-Kemp (CEO of Business for Scotland) told the Committee that Devolution and Brexit are incompatible. He warned that if the House of Lords follows the Commons in failing to protect devolved powers, then devolution as we know it will end.
